Leadership is the ability to inspire, develop and empower a group people to do their best for a common goal, purpose or result.

  1. Leadership is the ability to act as a responsible person toward a group, mentor and coach, setting rules and presenting good examples for them.
    I love the term team leader, because it represent your ability to assert your ideas and/or offer guidance to others.
    In social life being too passive and need to able to take more active role in a situation. Take more control over your life and behavior.
