The large size of this parachute makes it tough to get it all the way in the air. But there’s a solution: run faster. That’s the point of these things- you need to get up to x speed before the thing will go airborne, and then it provides resistance while you continue to do that.
So this parachute is a step up, and is probably not a good size for a beginner. I stepped up from a smaller one, and I’m still getting used to it, but it’s a great challenge and it’s strengthening my running.
No complaints so far.

My husband is a coach and I ordered this chute for him and his athletes. He likes the wind resistance it provides, and the quality material that it is made of. He also says it is strong. It does what it is advertised to do. Great product!
